Position: Design Control Leader (14-18 yrs) (PW1418FF RM 3390)

Minimum Qualification : BE/Diploma -Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication

Exposure
Material Handling Conveyor Systems, Robotic Integration Systems, Gantry Systems, Powertrain assembly lines and e mobility projects in consumer electronics industry

Purpose of Job

• To conceptualize the architectures. Plan and monitor the work of the group and resolve all technical and non-technical issues relevant to his group.
• Electrical architecture preparation per customer’s standards.
• Preparation of the electrical drawings for the systems
• System Hardware design, Control Panel design, Component Selection of PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, switchgears, relays
• Calculations of Electrical system
• Preparation of BOM (bill of Material)
• Prepare a high-level flow cart per the software architecture
• Prepare a sequence of operation for systems as conceptualized by the Leader or Lead Member
• Testing of a design system on the shop floor if required
• Ready to work at abroad and local sites
• Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/ IP, Profibus, Profinet,Serial Communication,Schematic Diagram,Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Details
• Experience on Traceability devices like RFID and Hand Scanner
• Should work on PLCs / CNCs, HMIs, drives, servo, etc. for concept proving. To participate in technical meetings with customer Project & Controls Team and understand the technical requirements & customer’s standards
  i. Review IMS processes, procedures, guidelines, and OCP, along with the list of documents, departmental records, risks and opportunities, HIRA, aspects and impacts, and departmental objectives.
  ii. Analyse the non-achieved departmental performance and develop an action plan for improvement.
• To follow the safety rules and regulations and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement to the safety department.
