Position: Product Cybersecurity Architect (MA30ST RM 3643)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Cybersecurity Architect to support ongoing product security initiatives across hardware and software platforms. The ideal candidate will help define and implement product cybersecurity requirements aligned with global regulatory and industry standards. This is a short-term engagement (1–2 months) requiring immediate availability and a valid US B1 visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document cybersecurity requirements for hardware and software products.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and Machinery Regulation.
• Perform threat modeling (STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent) and design-level security analysis.
• Define secure development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and monitor adherence.
• Work closely with product development and validation teams to ensure secure-by-design implementation.
• Create and execute automated cybersecurity testing and reporting workflows.
• Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives within the cybersecurity function.
• Communicate complex security concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 standards and other OT security frameworks.
• Experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and their security implications.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mandatory: Candidate must hold a valid US B1 visa and be available for immediate deployment

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Scrum or Agile development frameworks.
• Exposure to motion control, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Prior experience in real-time operating systems environments.
