Shift timing : Night Shift/ US (MST) time (Starting 7.00 PM IST)
Relevant Experience : 5+ Years
Education Required: Bachelor’s / Masters / PhD: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/IT

Must have skills:

• Project Management

• Lead the team from front, identify blockers and remove them
• Work in challenging project scenarios and overcome them
• Agile Methodologies
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Project Management Software and Tools (Jira, Aha, Microsoft Project, Others)
• Analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making
• Inter and intra team collaboration

Good to have:

• Certification: PMP/ PRINCE2
• Problemt solving and change management
• UX/UI design principles and best practices

• The candidate will closely work with the leadership and stakeholders
• Should meet the expectation of strong planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects
• Should be able to work with cross-functional teams

Candidate Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
• Work closely with Product Management and delivery teams to balance strategy with tactical execution.
• Identify project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering project insights and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
• Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving, communication, and integration.
• Collaborating with local and international teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving operational excellence on a worldwide scale.
