Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce integration processes and the ability to leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance business operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with Salesforce to optimize workflows and enhance data driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and Salesforce integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, including APIs, data models, and best practices.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data wrangling and preprocessing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and other AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Salesforce integration.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
