Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Salesforce Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a focus on integrating Salesforce solutions to enhance product offerings and drive business growth. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative Salesforce integrated products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, making data driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries and updates.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Integration, including APIs, data models, and best practices.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on software or technology products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Integration.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
