Position: Quality Engineer (TT35ST RM 4152)

Skills and competencies
o CMM programming (Hexagon + PCDIMS)
o Layout inspection
o MSA
o SPC studies
o Customer PPAP documentation

Minimum education level:
o Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / Production engineering)

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
o Manufacturing experience in the automotive industry (Quality domain)
o CMM programming & inspection (Able to independently do CMM programs and CMM inspection)
o Experience of working on Hexagon CMM & PCDMIS software, Faro Arm
o Experience of parts inspection with quality instruments / Lab equipments
o Knowledge of GD&T (Dwg reading / understanding) is must

Overall responsibilities and duties:
The main missions of the role are:
o CMM programming and CMM inspection of new development components, sub-assly & assly parts
o Incoming inspection of supplier parts
o Functional testing of assly parts
o Weld quality, weld penetration and reporting
o Layout inspection, MSA, SPC studies
o Customer PPAP submission
