Position: RMG Specialist (TK13ST RM 4470)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Project operations

• Handling end to end resourcing activities for all the projects under your purview as a RMG SPOC
  Connecting with your respective delivery team stakeholders to seek calrity on project allocations, project milestones, resource movements, new project opportunities
• Internal project movements of employees, transfer requests of employees
• Getting well versed with and working on daily basis on the internal project management tool – PCMT & CPMT
• Working daily on internal reports to understand the status of all the allocation pending cases and aim at finishing them by 15th of each month
• Working with the delivery team to ensure the billed utilization of each project is met as per the bench mark set
• Working with backend support team to higlight and eliminate system level issues
• Ensuring headcount and revenue are inline for all the projects
• Queries of resources regarding project allocations and other License Management System
• Assigning and approving license requests of resources as per requirements

Project Invoicing

• Taking care of project invoicing for the projects responsible as a RMG SPOC.
• Checking if the prerequisites for invoicing are in place, accordingly connecting with project managers in case of any gaps.
• Detailed analysis of the invoiced amount and the projected revenue amount.
