Job Description
A Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining applications on the Salesforce platform to meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
2. Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards
3. Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
4. Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and manage data operations
5. Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools
6. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
7. Collaborate with consultants, admins, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
8. Provide production support and resolution of defects/enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Strong hands on experience with the Salesforce Platform
2. Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce data & security model
3. Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)
4. Knowledge of integrations and source control (Git)
5. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification (preferred)
