Need-upgrade of BO Systems ,SAP Component Upgrade and Migration experience (Most of the profiles that are shared talk about administration of components, monitoring of components and BAU Support, which is not the requirement)
Upgrades of BODS, BOBJ , FIM , FC components ( We have seen earlier that if these components are mentioned explicitly in the requirements, then these get added in the experience though the candidates have not worked on them. This causes waste of efforts in evaluating the candidates.)
