Position: SAP FICO / CO Consultant (S/4 HANA Implementation) (AQ1015BI RM 3809)

Work Mode: Onsite at Client Location (Mandatory for initial 6 months)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / CO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA Implementation. The consultant will be part of a global implementation project, responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and supporting the deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling implementation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Perform configuration in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, Product Costing).
• Support integration with modules such as MM, SD, PP, PM.
• Execute cut-over activities, UAT, data migration (LTMC/LSMW), and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional documents, training materials, and provide end-user training.
• Handle defects, enhancements, and coordinate with technical teams for developments.

Mandatory Skills

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO / CO.
• Minimum 2–3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation projects is must.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Product Costing, COPA, Material Ledger (ML)
• Financial Accounting & New GL
• Asset Accounting, Taxation (GST/TDS)
• Assessment/Distribution cycles and month-end closing
• Good understanding of global business processes and cross-functional integration.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Fund Management (FM).
• Experience in Global Implementation / Rollout projects.
• Ability to manage client communication and onsite coordination independently.
