Position: Senior Certification Engineer (TT46ST RM 4059)

Interview- L1, L2 – Both Virtual
5 days- work from office.

Overall responsibilities and duties:
The Senior Certification engineer who will be responsible for product certification activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards. The role involves planning, executing and managing certification across product lifecycles.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
Experience:
o 4 to 6 years’ experience in Certification Testing .

Skills and competencies:
Must Have:
o Experience in Automotive infotainment modules (Bluetooth, Media, AA, CP, USB,RADIO,DAB, etc.).
o Experience in identification, preparation of test plans & execute functional plans written by compliance of automotive infotainment.
o Experience in AA/CP Functional & UX Testing.
o Experience in USB Electrical, Protocol, PD, SI (Signal Integrity) tests.
o Experience in Bluetooth RF, protocol, interoperability tests (A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, BLE, LE Audio).
o Experience in Wi Fi RF performance, throughput, coexistence and WPA security testing.
o Experience in iAP2 communication protocol, authentication, and session handling tests
o Proficiency with tools:
Ellisys, Beagle, PTS suite, Wi Fi sniffers, RF chambers.
o Basic Understanding in CAN/UDS protocols
o Experience JIRA, Confluence & ALM tools.
o Knowledge of Infotainment ECUs.
o In depth Knowledge of AA, CP, USB, BT, Wi Fi, and iAP2 certification requirements.
o Experience in System Validation for Infotainment System.

Nice to have:
o Working experience on vector Tools like CANcase, Canalyzer
o Experience in STLC (Software Testing life cycle)
o Experience in ASPICE SYS5
o Experience in System validation

Responsibilities:
o To manage certification portals (Google, Apple MFi, USB IF, Bluetooth SIG, Wi Fi Alliance).
o To Coordinate with authorized test labs.
o To Prepare, maintain and submit HUCD, GTM file, PPID, compliance reports
o To analyze certification requirements.
o To execute automated & manual tests.
o To execute all precertification test of AA, CP, BT, Wi-Fi, iAP2 on bench as well as vehicle.
o To raise bug and maintain bug life cycle.
o To Track and evaluate AA/CP/Wi-Fi/USB upcoming changes.
o To analyze failure reported by 3PL & provide feedback.
o To improve certification processes, documentation templates, checklists, and test automation.
o To Mentor junior engineers and review their certification work.
