Job Description:

• Test Strategy & Execution: Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts (manual and automated) for Salesforce modules like Sales/Service Cloud.
• Validation: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing, including verifying Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
• Data & Security: Validate data migration, user roles, profiles, and sharing settings.
• Collaboration: Work with developers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security models.
• Testing Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.
• Technical Skills: Experience with API testing and scripting languages like Python or Java.
• Experience: Proven experience in QA and testing within Salesforce environments.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform App Builder certifications are often preferred
