Position: Software Engineer (Full Stack) (PWR40SF RM 4583)

Role Objective:
To design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand requirements and search out ways to solve the underlying problems.
• Sketch out your own test cases in the planning phase.
• Develop the code independently.
• Write and perform integration tests, unit tests, etc.
• Collaborate with team members on code reviews and test plans.
• Work with product management and subject matter experts to ensure that each feature is useful for, and simple enough to be understood by, the target audience.
• Design solid data models and make effective use of database technology.
• Constantly seek out ways to do a better job and improve automation.
• Co-ordinate with Stakeholders, Project Managers and Management for design, delivery and status updates.

Skills & Competencies

• .NET Framework, C#, OOPS, SQL Server, ASP.NET WebForms, Web API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, Python, React, Azure DevOps.
• Good to have: DevExpress/DevExtreme UI controls.
• Candidate with good overall software development skills and proven track record in an Agile environment is highly preferred.

• IDE: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Version Control: Git, Azure Repos
• Database: SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• UI Frameworks: Bootstrap, DevExpress, DevExtreme
• DevOps: Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Repositories
• Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Postman for API testing.
