Position: Software testing validation (TT79ST RM 4067)

Interview- L1, L2 – Both Virtual
5 days- work from office.

Overall responsibilities and duties:
Candidate will be responsible for validating Automotive Electronics Products.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree in Electronics.
Experience:
o 7 to 9 years of experience in Automotive Validation
o Atleast 3+ years of experience in Infotainment testing

Skills and competencies:
Must Have:
o Experience on Verification & Validation in Automotive domain
o Experience in creating and executing the test cases/test plans developed from requirements
o Core experience in testing of Infotainment feature like Connected servies, EV charging, Media, BT,Tuner, CAN, UDS, Cybersecurity & Power managemnet etc.
o Basic Knowledge of C++, embedded C.
o Experience on Automotive ECU flashing & Debugging
o Expertise in validating diagnostic protocols like UDS with different services.
o Hands on experience in Python script & CAPL for test case writing via Automation
o Hands on experience in Manual & Vehicle level testing
o In depth Knowledge of CANoe/HW
o Knowledge of Vector cast
o Knowledge and experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN &UDS Protocols and related tools to measure and command signals, though scripting or otherwise.
o Good Experience in creating Design Validation Plan (DVP)
o Experience with Configuration Management, requirement management ,revision control, issue-tracking, review tools like JIRA/ DOORS/ALM Tools / GIT/GERRIT /Confluence etc.
o Should knowledge different testing technique
o Hands-on skills to design, build and bring up test setup.
o Must be a good team player and act as per the project needs
o Business level of English.
o Experience to train the team for executing & managing all their day to day basis activities with proper planning & scheduling according to set targets
o Linux knowledge
o Should be good in Sprint planning
o Very Good at documentation and presentations skill

Nice to have:
o good to have exposure in debugger ( Trace32, Seggar, J-Link, Green Hills,NXP etc)
o Good to have ISTQB cirtification
o Passionate about technology trends w.r.t automotive domain

Responsibilities:
o Interaction with development lead for scheduling and planning of releases
o Develop plan to execute different kind of test
o Review the DVP created by team and provide feedback (Junior team member)
o Have ability to debug issue
o Should able to perform PEER reviews
o Document and maintain software functionality
o Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
o Comply with project plans and industry standards.
o Ensure software is updated with latest features
o Create lesson learnt document post release
