Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Netcool Architect to lead the design and implementation of end to end OSS (Operations Support Systems) architecture for a global telecommunications organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining future ready OSS solutions, guiding architecture governance, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple domains and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end to end solution architecture for Service Assurance using IBM CloudPak for AIOps suite and related OSS components. Analyse existing OSS stacks and provide recommendations for building a future OSS architecture to be adopted globally.
• Integrate Netcool with other OSS domains such as Service Fulfilment, Network Inventory, Customer Experience Management, and Network Management Systems. Ensure automation and orchestration across assurance workflows using tools like Resolve, UI Path, PEGA, or equivalent.Develop high level E2E solution designs ensuring alignment with requirements, governance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with customer architecture teams to define overall OSS landscape and strategy.
• Maintain ownership of E2E system flows, high level designs, architecture decisions, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide solution architects and designers within the OSS domain to ensure quality delivery.
