Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations and engineering, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing network infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of network performance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support network related projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
• Ensure network security by implementing best practices and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in network operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
• Experience with network security practices and tools.
• Ability to analyze network traffic and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Knowledge of VoIP and video conferencing technologies.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in network engineering and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
