Position: Team lead – Telecom Oss (MT1015CT RM 3710)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Telecom Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Service Management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service management processes and integration protocols, along with the ability to provide expertise and guidance to OSS design teams. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to arrange and facilitate workshops with various OSS parties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed expertise and guidance in Service Management, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee and manage Service Management modules, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Facilitate integration of Service Management with other components, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Arrange and conduct workshops with all OSS parties to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support OSS design teams by providing necessary insights and recommendations based on industry standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of integration protocols relevant to OSS.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Service Management architectures and systems to drive project success.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Mandatory Skills

  • 10 15 years of IT experience, with a focus on Telecom OSS.
  • In depth understanding of Service Request Management processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with Service Management modules: Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Proven experience in integrating Service Management with other IT components.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills and experience in facilitating workshops.
  • Advanced knowledge of Service Management architectures and systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with various integration protocols used in OSS.
  • Experience in providing support to OSS Solution Design teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Service Management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects in the Telecom sector.
