Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of AI methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to enhance Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve decision making processes.
• Optimize existing AI models for performance and scalability within the Salesforce platform.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Salesforce technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Document processes, models, and best practices for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce AI, including but not limited to Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI driven automation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present findings effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Salesforce AI.
• Proven track record of successful AI project implementations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
