Position: Technical Expert – Electrical Systems & LV Energy Management (TT150ST RM 4123)

Role Overview
Senior technical authority responsible for defining, integrating, and optimizing vehicle electrical systems with strong focus on low‑voltage energy management, infotainment systems, and customer‑perceived quality across vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead LV energy management, power consumption optimization, and sleep/wake strategies across vehicle platforms.
• Provide technical oversight for infotainment and user‑facing electrical systems ensuring stability and premium user experience.
• Drive systems engineering activities across ECUs, ensuring seamless integration and validation.
• Ensure electrical systems support key vehicle attributes including NVH, thermal performance, and driving experience.
• Define and enforce electrical system standards, design rules, and best practices.
• Act as escalation point for complex electrical and cross‑domain technical issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Automotive, or Systems Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in automotive electrical systems at OEM or Tier‑1 level.
• Strong systems‑level engineering mindset and cross‑domain integration experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent communication and structured problem‑solving skills
