Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least one year of experience? Join our growing talent acquisition team in this fully remote position. You’ll be instrumental in finding and hiring skilled professionals in areas like Automotive, software engineering, hardware engineering, and embedded systems. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

About the Internship:
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with experienced recruiters, contributing to the talent acquisition process for various technical roles within our company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top technical talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with other HR/recruitment related projects as needed (e.g., employer branding initiatives, researching new sourcing tools).
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and online platforms.
- Technical background is a value add.
- Optional: Any experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
