Position: Technical Recruiter – Remote Role (RS12 RM 2458)

Job Overview:

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with at least one year of experience? Join our growing talent acquisition team in this fully remote position. We are seeking a driven individual with a technical background (BE, MCA, MCS, BCS, MSc, or BSc preferred) and a passion for connecting top technical talent with exciting opportunities. You’ll be instrumental in finding and hiring skilled professionals in areas like Automotive, software engineeringhardware engineering, and embedded systems. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
  • Proactively source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles, including Software EngineersHardware EngineersEmbedded Systems Engineers, and other specialized positions.
  • Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels, including job boardssocial media platforms (like LinkedIn), professional networks, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate application through to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand detailed technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with various hiring teams, ensuring a streamlined and efficient interview process.
  • ATS Management:
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate profiles, track key recruitment metrics, and maintain a well-organized database of potential candidates.
    • Ensure the ATS is consistently updated with accurate and comprehensive candidate information and generate insightful recruiting reports as needed.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback, maintaining clear and professional communication, and fostering respectful interactions throughout the hiring process.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Market Research & Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
    • Provide valuable insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and current market trends to continuously improve our recruiting process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science (BE, BSc), Information Technology (BSc IT), Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), or a related discipline (MSc).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the technology industry or engineering sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of various technical roles and skills, including software development methodologieshardware engineering principles, and related technical domains. Familiarity with common tech stacks is a plus.
  • ATS Experience: Proven proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management and tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop creative and effective solutions.
  • Passion for Recruitment: A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition, with a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development in the field.
