Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, ReactJS, and JIRA, with a proven track record of leading technical teams to deliver high quality software solutions. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring best practices are followed, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.
  • Utilize JIRA for project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS.
  • Extensive experience with JIRA for project management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional frameworks and libraries related to JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience in mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
