🎓 Education & Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MBA / Science Graduate / Any Graduate.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven field experience specifically in FMCG or OTC trade and channel sales management.
💼 Core Responsibilities & KRAs:
Revenue Generation: Actively drive sales and generate consistent revenue from Small Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Retail pharmacies, and Wholesale channels.
Distributor Management: Appoint, handle, and build strong relationships with big distributors and wholesale networks to ensure deep market penetration.
Sales & Stock Administration: Maintain a strong understanding and daily control of stock levels, sales velocity, and secondary sales summary management.
Collection Management: Take complete ownership of primary sales collection management, ensuring zero default and healthy cash flow from channel partners.
📌 Mandatory Prerequisites & Skills:
Mobility: Owning a two-wheeler is a MUST for daily market coverage.
Geographic Expertise: Must have thorough and deep geographic knowledge of Pune and its surrounding trade hubs.
Linguistic Proficiency: Highly proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on control over MS Excel (for sales summaries/data tracking) and MS PowerPoint (for reporting and presentations).
