Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and implement interactive business intelligence dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced DAX knowledge, and expertise in data modelling and visualization to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights and performance tracking.
- Build robust data models and relationships to support self-service BI and analytics.
- Write and optimize advanced DAX expressions for calculated measures and columns.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Manage Power BI service workspaces, datasets, and report deployments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Analysts, and Business Users) to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, performance tuning, and report usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience in creating visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports.
- Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation.
- Exposure to Azure Data Services or other cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration concepts.
