Position: Salesforce Architect (TK814SI RM 3767)

Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will lead the setup and growth of the Automotive Cloud practice, driving end-to-end implementation, process establishment, and business expansion. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Automotive Cloud, a strong understanding of automotive industry trends, and the ability to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and reusable tools. The administrator will also be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Establishment & Process Setup

• Define and implement best practices for Salesforce Automotive Cloud administration and operations. – Establish governance, documentation, and process frameworks for the new practice. – Develop reusable tools, templates, and automation assets to accelerate delivery.

1. Solution Design & Delivery

• Architect and configure Automotive Cloud objects, layouts, permission sets, and profiles. – Implement automation using Flows, validation rules, and approvals. – Optimize Lightning Experience and ensure seamless integrations with other automotive platforms. – Maintain data integrity and support integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

1. Team Setup & Enablement

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Salesforce admins and configuration developers. – Conduct training sessions and promote platform adoption across the team. – Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

1. Business Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector. – Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to pitch solutions and drive customer success. – Track KPIs and report on practice performance, growth, and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in Automotive Cloud.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Salesforce Automotive Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Skilled in automation, data management, and integration of multi-cloud environments to support automotive business processes.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and scalable solution design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven track record in process setup, team building, and business growth.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector is mandatory
