Job Description::
ATE Lead – Software
- Having 5+ years of experience in ATE software development
- Strong fundamentals in LabVIEW programming
- Expertise in developing ATE application software using LabVIEW Non-Real time plus Labview RT, Veristand, Labview FPGA and Teststand
- Preferably CLD/CLA certified
- Understanding the test procedures, and timing requirements
- Understanding the existing frameworks and software architecture
- Defining and suggesting best fit software architectures
- Experience in dealing with measurement and simulation devices like DMM, oscilloscope, waveform generator, position/speed sensor simulators, temperature and pressure sensor simulators, ADC/DAC cards, etc.
- Experience in communication buses like ARINC429, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, etc.
- Experience in working with PXI/LXI/GPIB/USB/Serial programmable devices
- Understanding the operations of AC/DC power supplies, AC/DC loads, Motor drives, Dynos.
- Documentation Tools – MS word, Excel, Visio
- Understanding Simulink, Simscape models and deploying for HIL test (optional)
ATE Lead – Hardware - Having 5+ years of experience in ATE hardware development
- Understanding the LRU test needs and managing requirements
- Defining best suitable hardware architectures for real time / non real time automated test equipment
- Expertise in dealing with measurement and simulation devices like DMM, oscilloscope, waveform generator, position/speed sensor simulators, temperature and pressure sensor simulators, ADC/DAC cards, etc.
- Experience in signal conditioning circuits, and cable harness designing
- Experience in communication buses like ARINC429, CAN, MIL-1553, UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, etc.
- Experience in working with PXI/LXI/GPIB/USB/Serial programmable devices
- Experience in high power devices like AC/DC power supplies, AC/DC loads, Motor drives, Dynos preferable
- Experience in Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical devices are added advantages
- Understanding ATE application software development lifecycles
- Understanding NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, Python, C, PLC programming codes
- Documentation Tools – MS word, Excel, Visio, schematic capture
