Role Overview
Senior technical authority defining ride, handling, steering feel, braking behaviour, and chassis refinement across vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of ride, handling, steering, braking, and chassis NVH issues
- Guide suspension, steering, and brake system tuning strategies
- Resolve EV‑specific chassis challenges including torque steer and kickback
- Define and enforce chassis design rules and technical standards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 15+ years experience in chassis system development
- Strong ride, handling, and NVH expertise
- Ability to operate as senior technical authority
