Role Overview
Senior technical authority responsible for vehicle body structure, ensuring safety, NVH robustness, quality and long‑term structural excellence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for BIW, doors, and closures across vehicle programs
- Ensure body structures meet passive safety, NVH, sealing, and quality targets
- Resolve complex BIW and closure issues across design, CAE, and manufacturing
- Define and enforce BIW design standards and best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Structural Engineering
- 20+ years experience in BIW and body structure development
- Strong systems-level understanding of body performance
- Ability to influence cross-functional organizations
