Role Overview
Senior technical authority shaping perceived quality, craftsmanship, and customer-facing trim systems across vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of trim quality, GD&T, flush & gap, and BSR issues
- Define and enforce trim design standards and quality guidelines
- Support concept, design, and validation for premium fit and finish
- Collaborate with NVH, Aero, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in interior and exterior trim systems
- Strong perceived quality and manufacturing issue resolution skills
- Ability to translate subjective quality into technical actions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
