Role Overview
Senior technical authority responsible for performance, NVH, thermal robustness, and efficiency of electrified powertrain systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of BEV and REEV powertrain NVH and thermal issues
- Guide powertrain thermal architecture and coolant systems
- Support efficiency and range optimisation activities
- Define powertrain design rules and technical standards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 15+ years experience in BEV/REEV powertrain systems
- Strong NVH, thermal, and systems integration expertise
- Ability to operate as senior technical authority
