Role Overview
Senior technical authority responsible for occupant protection systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and robustness of seat and restraint systems across vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for seat, seatbelt, and airbag systems across programs
- Guide development from CAE through testing and vehicle validation
- Resolve complex restraint and safety issues during critical phases
- Drive standards, design rules, and lessons learned for safety systems
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 15+ years experience in seats, restraints, and occupant safety systems
- Strong CAE, test correlation, and systems-level expertise
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
