Position: PWT Module Lead (TT812ST RM 4125)

Job Description:

• Manage complete vehicle program for PWT module experienced with PWT cooling system, HVAC and PLM-Teamcenter.
• Understand system requirement to define and select various component like coolant pumps, radiator, HVAC, compressor etc., to achieve performance targets.
• Follow build timelines to ensure part readiness for different phases of the build.
• Manage module budget – vehicle BOM cost and investment costs.
• Plan and manage CCU, VCU and driveability calibration activities during various build phases to ensure calibration maturity for SOP readiness.
• Review and approve documentation & processes like ECR, DCR, DVP, DFMEA, Specbook.
• Review lessons learnt in previous Vinfast vehicle programs and implement preventive measures to avoid similar issue occurrence.
• Program management on JIRA – issue tracking and resolution.
