Position: Design Control- Leader (PW1418FT RM 4134)

Minimum Qualification: BE / Diploma – Electrical and Electronics & Telecommunication
Location : Katraj / Baner (Pune)

Exposure

• Material Handling Conveyor Systems
• Robotic Integration Systems
• Gantry Systems
• Powertrain assembly lines and e-mobility projects in consumer electronics industry

Purpose of Job

• Conceptualize architectures
• Plan and monitor the work of the group
• Resolve all technical and non-technical issues relevant to the team

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical architecture preparation as per customer standards
• Preparation of electrical drawings for systems
• System hardware design, control panel design
• Component selection: PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, switchgears, relays
• Electrical system calculations
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material)
• Prepare high-level flowcharts as per software architecture
• Prepare sequence of operations for systems (as conceptualized by Leader/Lead Member)
• Testing of design systems on shop floor (if required)
• Willingness to work at domestic and international sites

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Fieldbus knowledge: Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication
• Schematic diagrams, signal line diagrams, terminal detail generation
• Experience with traceability devices (RFID, hand scanners)
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, CNCs, HMIs, drives, servo systems for concept proving
• Participation in technical meetings with customers and internal teams
• Understanding of customer technical requirements and standards

Management & Compliance Responsibilities

• Review IMS processes, procedures, guidelines, and OCP
• Maintain departmental records, risks & opportunities, HIRA, aspects & impacts
• Analyze non-achieved departmental performance and develop improvement plans
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Report discrepancies and suggest improvements to the safety department
