Position: Expert / Manager (Attribute Integration & Validation Lead) (TT100ST RM 4194)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Attribute Integration & Validation Lead to drive vehicle-level performance, validation strategy, and cross-functional integration for advanced automotive programs. This role is critical to ensuring alignment between competing vehicle attributes and delivering validated, gate-ready vehicle performance

Key Responsibilities

  1. Attribute Strategy & Integration (Trade-off Management)
  • Lead vehicle attribute trade-off decisions, balancing mass, cost, aerodynamics, NVH, and performance targets
  • Drive cross-functional integration across Body, Chassis, Powertrain, Software, and ADAS domains
  • Facilitate conflict resolution loops and provide data-driven decisions when targets are misaligned
  • Ensure subsystem performance integrates into vehicle-level objectives
  1. Validation Planning & Execution
  • Own and optimize DVP (Design Verification Plan) and testing strategies (physical & virtual)
  • Manage resource allocation (in-house facilities vs external suppliers)
  • Conduct pre-test readiness reviews (vehicle build, software maturity, logistics)
  • Monitor test execution proactively and implement recovery plans for delays or bottlenecks
  1. Performance Assessment & Reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze attribute performance status (Safety, Dynamics, Thermal, ADAS, etc.)
  • Lead validation governance meetings and confirm gate readiness
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting performance vs targets and risks
  • Ensure deviations are assessed in terms of overall customer vehicle experience
  1. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Product Strategy)
  • Drive alignment and decision-making at program and leadership level
  • Mentor and develop validation/testing teams for high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive program management or supplier ecosystem
  • Proven track record in vehicle integration, validation, and program delivery

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong expertise in:
    o Project Management & Program Delivery
    o Vehicle Systems Understanding (multi-domain)
    o Automotive Testing & DVP Strategy
    o Quality methodologies (8D, Six Sigma, Problem Solving)
  • Experience in:
    o Managing cross-functional engineering teams
    o Handling time-critical program environments
    o Leading technical decision-making forums

  • Full alignment and approval of VTS & DVP before TA Gate
  • 100% execution of DVP test items as per plan
  • All issues documented per standardized JIRA processes, including root cause & resolution
  • Continuous improvement of team capability and delivery efficiency
