Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale 3DEXPERIENCE and EXALEAD environments to support search, indexing, and data management needs. You will administer EXALEAD components, manage 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA infrastructure, and provide L2/L3 production support. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Linux/Windows servers, middleware, databases, and scripting, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• EXALEAD Administration
  o Administer and manage the EXALEAD environment using the EXALEAD Admin Console.
  o Configure and maintain EXALEAD Connectors, Transformations, and Aggregations.
  o Manage EXALEAD Job Orchestration, including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  o Perform MQL, Java, and 3DEXPERIENCE data model exploration to support indexing and search requirements.
  o Troubleshoot search, indexing, and synchronization issues.
  o Support deployments, upgrades, and production operations for EXALEAD.
• 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA Administration
  o Install, configure, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA environments.
  o Manage Linux and Windows servers and middleware components (including Apache Tomcat).
  o Handle upgrades, patching, deployments, and migrations.
  o Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues.
  o Support SSL/TLS, certificates, networking, and database performance optimization (Oracle / SQL).
  o Monitor platform performance and system health.
  o Create automation scripts (Shell / PowerShell) and technical documentation.
  o Provide L2/L3 production support.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  o Work closely with peers, business users, and cross-functional teams.
  o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  o Proactively identify system improvements and optimization opportunities.
  o Apply modern development and administration practices in an agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Additional Requirements
  o Minimum 15 years of full-time education (e.g., B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent).
  o Good experience working closely with peers and cross-functional teams.
  o Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
  o Effective communication skills with business users and technical teams.
  o Proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
