About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ADAS Test Manager in Pune to lead validation and verification activities for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy development, HIL/SIL/MIL testing, vehicle-level validation, and test automation for ADAS/AD functions in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ADAS testing activities across MIL, SIL, HIL, and vehicle levels
• Develop comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Specifications for ADAS functions
• Define test architectures and establish testing frameworks for ADAS validation
• Manage test case development, execution, and defect tracking
• Lead HIL test bench setup, configuration, and maintenance activities
• Oversee vehicle-level testing including closed-track and real-world driving scenarios
• Drive test automation initiatives using Python, CAPL, and automation frameworks
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
• Manage scenario-based testing using simulation platforms (VTD, CarMaker, PreScan)
• Coordinate with development teams for defect resolution and regression testing
• Generate test reports, KPIs, and dashboards for stakeholder reviews
• Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and customer-specific test standards
• Mentor and manage a team of ADAS test engineers

Education : B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science or equivalent
Exp : 7-8 years in ADAS/AD Testing and Validation domain
Testing Expertise : MIL, SIL, HIL, Vehicle-level testing
ADAS Functions : AEB, ACC, LKA, LDW, BSD, TSR, FCW, APA, TJA, HWA
Tools : CANoe, CANalyzer, dSPACE, Vector tools, ETAS INCA
Automation : Python, CAPL, Robot Framework, Jenkins CI/CD
Standards : ASPICE, ISO 26262, Euro NCAP, FMVSS

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Euro NCAP/FMVSS/CNCAP test protocols
• Knowledge of scenario-based testing (OpenSCENARIO, OpenDRIVE)
• Exposure to SOTIF testing and edge case validation
• Experience with data logging and playback systems
• Familiarity with Ground Truth systems (DGPS, RT-Range, Oxford RT)
• Understanding of functional safety testing requirements
• Cloud-based testing and data management experience (AWS, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN)
• Experience in ASPICE assessments (SWE.6, SYS.5)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
