About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI trainer for developers to deliver a hands-on, production focused enablement program that helps engineering teams integrate AI throughout the SDLC. Coverage includes LLM-assisted coding and reviews, AI-generated documentation and diagrams, AI-driven unit testing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for internal knowledge, foundational model adaptation, and deploying internal AI tools and agents. Looking for Training based Part time engagement / Freelancer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive workshops and labs aligned to real engineering workflows (branches, PRs, CI checks).
• Build reusable enablement assets: slide decks, lab guides, sample repos, prompt libraries, checklists.
• Coach teams to apply AI safely and effectively: prompt patterns, cost/token management, evals/guardrails, data security, IP protection.
• Guide creation of an internal proof-of-value (e.g., doc bot or PR assistant) and a lightweight deployment plan.
• Provide structured feedback, progress tracking, and a post-training outcomes report.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering; 2+ years building LLM/AI features or internal AI tools.
• Strong Python, Git/GitHub, PR workflows; CI/CD familiarity; basic Docker and one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Practical experience with LLM-assisted development, AI-generated tests, AI-driven code reviews, and RAG.
• Confident facilitator for mixed-experience developer cohorts; excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience enabling enterprise teams with privacy, IP, and data governance constraints; VPC/private LLM usage.
  Familiarity with Azure OpenAI/private hosting (e.g., vLLM/Ollama) and LLMOps tooling.
• Experience training India-based engineering teams and delivering sessions aligned to IST.

• Syllabus and schedule; learner pre-work.
• Decks, lab manuals, reference repos; prompt/checklist packs.
• Working prototype (e.g., internal doc bot or PR assistant) and deployment blueprint.
• Assessments with answer keys; capstone rubric.
• Post-training report with recommendations.
