Position: Automation Execution Framework – Development, Testing (BB48FT RM 3803)

First round of discussion will be F2F with their client. All 5 days WFO.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered agents to automate test pipelines, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency
• Develop intelligent test orchestration systems that can adapt to changing requirements and optimize test execution
• Integrate AI/ML models into CI/CD workflows for predictive testing and anomaly detection
• Build frameworks for automated test generation, execution, and result analysis using deep learning techniques
• Develop comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus for infrastructure, applications, and ML models
• Design and implement custom metrics, alerts, and dashboards for system health and performance tracking
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for ML workloads and test environments
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker with best practices for security and efficiency

Qualifications: 

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation metrics
• Experience testing AI/ML models or data-driven systems
• Strong Python skills for test automation and framework development
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes including deployment, scaling, and cluster management
• Proficiency in Prometheus for metrics collection, alerting, and visualization
• Expert knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker
• Solid understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model deployment and monitoring
• Experience with container orchestration and on-prem architectures

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of PCIe Gen4/5/6 technology , SPI interfaces.
• Familiarity with Grafana, ELK stack, or other observability tools
• Knowledge of fairness testing and bias detection in AI
• Experience with exploratory testing techniques for AI systems
• Background in software testing methodologies and test automation frameworks
