JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Defect analyst you should be responsible for triaging and pre and deep analysis of the defects as per the process for the project, maintaining project tooling to reflect up-to-date status of System SW which includes Hypervisor, Boot Loader, NPU, IMU and Domain Specific like Time management, Interior Light, A/B Switching, Runtime Variant Provider, Factory Reset.

Note: Head Unit (HU), Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE), Co-Passenger Display Entertainment (CDE).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks Responsible for

• Managing defect triaging as per the process of the project.
• First level analysis of the issues,
• Proper assignment of the issue to responsible domain/engineer.
• Maintain the Jira Dashboard with proper Labels, Filters, and Structure.
• Attend all the ritual meetings like Daily Standup, Defect Management Sync, Sync with Bootloader team, Hypervisor team, NPU teams, CCB, Project Management…. etc.
• Overview of every ticket that was fixed recently.
• Keep track of existing defects and complete Structure of System SW defects.
• DLT viewer setup/query/regex.
• Knowledge about dlt analysis and its filters. Core dump analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ 8+ years of experience in BSP/Bootloader/Hypervisor/Kernel/ System Platform.
§ 5 years of experience in the automobile or relevant domain would be preferred.
§ Experience in E-Cockpit Architecture.
§ Customer management on technical and non-technical requests.
§ Experience in Jira/git/ Atlassian tools.
§ DLT viewer setup/query/regex
§ Log analysis dlt/ Console / MCU / logcat / RAMdump/ Core dump analysis § Knowledge about dlt filter knowledge of the E-Cockpit system software.
§ Very good communication skills in English.
§ German language skills would be an advantage.
