About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned technology leader to drive this transformation—modernizing our tech architecture, embedding AI/ML into core workflows, and building a high-performing engineering team.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
● Architect the next-gen service & sales platform/app—modular, scalable, AI-powered
● Lead modernization of legacy infra (PHP/Java/.Net) into micro services-based cloud-native stack
● Build intelligent layers: recommendation engines, matchmaking algorithms, AI advisor-assist tools
● Embed NLP, RAG models, or LLMs into customer and advisor interfaces
● Ensure privacy, security, and compliance as we scale to millions of users
● Manage cross-functional tech squads across backend, data, ML, mobile, and Devops
● Partner closely with Product, Ops, and Design to create intuitive, delightful experiences
You Bring:
● 10–12 years of engineering experience; at least 5 in leadership roles
● Deep knowledge of modern architectures: cloud-native, event-driven, microservices
● Hands-on exposure to ML/AI tools: recommendation systems, NLP/LLMs, speech-to-text, etc.
● Proven track record of driving large-scale system transformations—successfully migrating legacy platforms while also building robust, scalable products from the ground up.
● Ability to align tech teams with business outcomes
● Experience with Indian or global B2C platforms/apps (Consumer tech, fintech, Healthtech, Edtech a plus)
