Position: Test Manager (System Testing & ORU) (TK80SF RM 3858)

Role Objective
Provide end-to-end leadership for ORU and system-level testing, ensuring ISO 26262 and ASPICE-compliant processes across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-level test planning, strategy, and execution.
• Drive ORU test readiness, campaign planning, regression cycles, and reporting.
• Ensure ISO 26262 and ASPICE alignment for all test work products.
• Provide stakeholder communication and weekly status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during update-flow validations.

Required Skills

• System-level test management
• ISO 26262 safety knowledge
• ASPICE verification process expertise
• ORU/OTA update validation
